I've shared this elsewhere, but in case you missed it (hi Mom!)
This weekend Tocco noticed a pin of the Bremen, Germany (his hometown) flag in the cap of this old sailor. Turns out this man is from there too... but he had to leave Bremen for the US when he was 14 after his dad didn't return from the war. You should have seen the look on his face when Tocco told him he's from his hometown. :) They sat down together and enjoyed a nice long happy German conversation after that. Tocco said he's going to return another Friday and bring this man Labskaus, a recipe he said he misses most from home.
